【Activity Report】We Exhibited at EcoPro 2025 【Tokyo Big Sight】

2025年

From December 10 to 12, 2025, we exhibited at EcoPro 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight.

In this article, we introduce what kind of event it was and what YouthEconet did during the three days.

Event Overview

Under the concept:

“Solving social issues through business and next-generation development,”

EcoPro 2025 aims to address social challenges such as climate change, food issues, and regional revitalization from both the perspectives of business and education for the next generation. Its mission is to pass on a rich global environment and society to future generations.

The event is designed as a space where all stakeholders—across industries, public institutions, educational institutions, and citizens—gather to collaborate and exchange ideas in tackling social challenges together.

What We Did at Our Booth

At the “YouthEconet” booth, we offered:

  • Cardboard pen holder workshop
  • Posters introducing our activities and organization
  • Distribution of informational flyers
  • Post-it message board activity
  • Questionnaire survey
  • Distribution of original GRAF merchandise

The pen holder workshop was especially popular among elementary and junior high school students. Over the three days, approximately 300 people visited our booth.

For the Post-it activity, visitors freely wrote about environmental actions they are currently taking or would like to take in the future. The questionnaire focused on awareness and personal efforts related to food loss.

Thank you very much to everyone who responded.

We also actively visited other exhibition booths to connect with fellow exhibitors and deepen our understanding of various sustainability initiatives.

Three-Day Highlights

Below is a look back at the event along with images from the venue.

Day 1 (12/10)

Before the event began, we divided tasks and set up the booth together.

The event started promptly at 10:00 AM.

Visitors gradually began filling the venue.

The peak time was between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, when staff members rotated to assist the steady stream of guests.

One characteristic of EcoPro is that many visitors attend in school or grade-level groups. Our booth was no exception—elementary and junior high school students made up a large portion of our visitors.

During quieter moments, we adjusted the displays inside our booth and visited other exhibitors.

Day 2 (12/11)

On the second day, we changed the layout of our posters from Day 1.

Can you spot the difference?

As lunchtime approached, the number of visitors steadily increased again.

By the end of the day, the questionnaire created by General Incorporated Association GRAF had gathered nearly 150 responses.

Day 3 (12/12)

The final day of the event arrived.

As on the previous days, visitors began increasing around 11:00 AM.

According to data released by the organizers, the third day had the highest attendance overall.

It also felt like our booth welcomed the largest number of visitors on this day.

At 5:00 PM, an announcement signaled the end of the event.

We dismantled our booth and left the venue.

Conclusion

his was our second consecutive year exhibiting at EcoPro.

As in November, we centered our booth around the pen holder workshop. This helped us attract our primary target audience—the younger generation. Considering the overall visitor demographics of the event, this seemed like a very effective choice.

From midway through the first day, we established a smooth flow:

  1. Participate in the workshop
  2. Write a Post-it message
  3. Answer the questionnaire
  4. Receive flyers and merchandise

This structure allowed us to engage visitors more efficiently.

Through repeated interactions, we also feel that our crafting and facilitation skills improved.

To everyone who visited our booth—thank you very much!

We hope to see you again somewhere soon.

Co-Exhibitor

We jointly exhibited with 一般社団法人GRAF, an organization working to solve food-related social issues under the slogan:
