On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Youth Econet participated in the 9th Tsunagari Marche, held at Kyodo Station Chuo.
This lively and interactive market brought together a wide variety of individuals and organizations engaged in local community work, creating new connections and opportunities for collaboration.
During the event, held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Youth Econet hosted a booth to introduce our environmental initiatives and share our ongoing efforts.
Although the number of youth visitors specifically interested in environmental activities was relatively limited, the event provided us with a valuable opportunity to engage with other participating organizations. Through these conversations, we gained insights into diverse fields such as welfare, parenting, and community development.
This cross-sector exchange also gave us fresh perspectives on how environmental issues intersect with other areas of social concern. It reminded us of the importance of approaching environmental action with a broader, more inclusive lens.
Youth Econet will continue to participate in events like this, creating opportunities to foster greater interest in the environment and to build bridges across different social challenges.
