Youth Econet is a platform that connects young people engaged in environmental activities.
With the motto “Be kind to the Earth, love the Earth, protect the Earth”, our network loosely connects young people—from junior high school students to those in their mid-30s—who are interested in environmental issues, along with adults who support them.
Through sharing information on social media and organizing various events and exchange activities, we aim to help youth deepen their environmental initiatives and enhance their skills.
ACTIVITIES
Events
We plan, organize, and run various events to share the environmental efforts of youth—not only with their local communities but also across Japan and internationally.
Exchange Meetings
Regular gatherings are held to promote interactions among youth and between youth and companies. These sessions are led by youth and aim to create opportunities for new discoveries through collaboration.
Committees
Monthly committee meetings offer a space to share ongoing activities, strengthen horizontal connections, and provide mutual support among youth participants.

PURPOSE
Youth Econet is designed for those who, as they transition from children to youth, wish to build upon their early environmental activities and broaden their reach—from their local communities to the national and even global stage.
By participating in various experiences across different fields, youth deepen their understanding of nature and environmental systems.
We welcome participation from groups, clubs, school seminars, and individual youth affiliated with them. Through social media and diverse exchange activities, we help young people step up their projects, develop skills, and improve the quality of their work by sharing knowledge, programs, and techniques.
Let us grow together through environmental actions that reflect the needs of our times—fueled by social media and global connectivity.
Environmental issues are not just Japan’s problem—they are the world’s.
We hope to share youth-led initiatives widely with society, not just locally or nationally, but around the world.
